Join us for our “WACKY WORLD OF SCIENCE” with the Diablo Sunrise Twilight Cub Scout Camp August 6 and August 7 at The Little Gym in Brentwood. 

This Cub Camp is open to ALL – boys and girls Cub Scouts – entering the 1st thru 5th grade.***

If you are not currently a Scout, you CAN ATTEND camp by filling out a membership application.

DISCOUNT:  Available for additional registrations. Must be completed at the same time.

Early registration closes on July 24, final registration closes on July 31.   

DATE: Saturday, August 6 and Sunday August 7, 2022.

This is a special TWO-DAY CAMP.  Scouts are dropped off on DAY ONE.  Parents/guardian stay for a fun-filled family DAY TWO.

DAY ONE – CUB CAMPERS ONLY

TIMES: Runs 3:00 – 8:00 PM

Drop Off: 2:30 – 3:00 PM
Camp: 3:00 – 8:00 PM
Pick Up: 8:00 – 8:15 PM

VOLUNTEERS 2:00- – :30 PM

Through various STEM activities Cub Scouts will:

• Learn valuable CUB SCOUT skills & crafts
• Follow lab SAFETY
• Work in TEAMS
• Meet Cubs from other PACKS
• Conduct HANDS ON science experiments
• Model the SCIENTIFIC METHOD

Water will be provided. Make sure to complete a health form, especially those Scouts with allergies.

DAY TWO – FAMILY DAY

TIMES: Runs 4:00 – 8:00 PM

Check in: 3:30 – 4:00 PM
Camp: 4:00 – 8:00 PM
Check out: 8:00 – 8:15 PM

VOLUNTEERS 2:30 – 8:30 PM

Through various activities FAMILIES will:

• Meet PARENTS from other Packs
• See special message from AMEOBA SISTERS
• Conduct a SIMULTANEOUS science experiment
• Watch Cubs PARTICIPATE in games

Families are encouraged to bring light snacks and drinks to enjoy during the event.

REGISTRATION TIPS

DAY CAMP enrollment is based on their rank and grade your Scout WILL BE enrolled in September of 2022.

***Scouts in 1st grade in September MUST be accompanied full time by their parent/guardian as a volunteer. This is a BSA regulation.

SCOUTS that have bridged or are in 6th Grade cannot attend this camp but may EARN SERVICE HOURS.
