Who: Troops 200B, 200G, 204B (Host), 402G, 212, 224B, 224G, 246

40 patrols in competition + staff Scouts running events + leaders supervising

When: Sep 11 to Sep 13

Friday evening, 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm - Virtual Opening Ceremony (class A uniform)

Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:15 pm - events* (class B uniform)

Sunday, 8:00 am to 3:15 pm - events* (class B uniform)

Sunday, 5:30 pm - Virtual Closing Ceremony (class A uniform)

    * Patrols will be given a specific appointment schedule for each event (which is budgeted for 15 minutes, excluding travel time)

Where: Various locations in Lafayette for live events (Saturday and Sunday)

    Virtual for other events including opening and closing ceremony

Why: To make-up for cancelled May event; new theme: RESILIENCE

How: Patrols members will be driven to each individual live event on Saturday and/or Sunday per specific appointment schedule (forthcoming); each member will stay in their patrol social bubble and only interface minimally with staff at each event location.

ALL PRECAUTIONS INCLUDING MASKING, HAND SANITIZATION, AND DISTANCING WILL BE OBSERVED AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE SCORING OF “SCOUT SPIRIT.”
