8:30am-1:30pm

We start at 8:30am with a light breakfast; shooters will have the chance to take a few shots at the warm-up station, then on to the clays course. We'll have lunch around Noon, followed by the Auction. We will be wrapped up by 1:30pm.

All Shooters will receive a general admission for one, as well as a BBQ lunch ticket, snacks & drinks throughout the day, a Sportsmen's Swag Bag, and 12- or 20- gauge ammunition is all included in the ticket price. Corporate Sponsorship Teams will receive additional compliments such as golf cart rental, sporting clays vest, event polo and more with certain packages. Silent Auction items inlcude: firearms (hand & long barrel, wine art, ammunition, small electronics, grilling accesories, camping/hunting equipment and more!

Rental guns and carts are available on a first come, first served basis from the Coyote Valley Pro Shop; Anyone renting a firearm from CVSC will need to let us know at least 1 week prior to your arrival.

Cost for particpating is based on Teams of Four shooters. Individual shooters are welcome and will be paired with other shooters to form a foursome.  All Proceeds go to support local Scouting programs for co-ed youth, ages 5-21, in the Golden Gate Area Council. Contributions may be tax-deductible (consult your tax professional).
