Order of the Arrow Ordeal October 3-5, 2025 OA MEMBERS ONLY

When & Where:

Camp Royaneh. Friday check-in starting at 7:00 PM.

$35.00 registration fee.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 11:59 PM ON Friday, September 26, 2025.

You will receive detailed instructions once registered for the event. In order to participate, you must be registered in Golden Gate Area Council.

All participants must have a current Scouting America medical form, parts A, B1, and B2 properly completed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must bring a paper copy of your medical form to the event. Electronic copies per National policy will not be accepted. If you arrive without your medical form, you will be asked to turn around and obtain a paper copy.

If you are over 18 as of October 3, 2025, you must meet these additional requirements:

1. Have current Youth Protection training through Sunday, October 5, 2025.
2. Be fully compliant with AB 506 which includes mandated state training and a Livescan background check. More information can be found at https://californiascouting.org. Please allow 30 days after your Livescan to complete processing and get the information properly recorded in the council records.
3. All adults staying overnight in connection with a Scouting activity must be currently registered as an adult volunteer or an adult program participant.  Adult volunteers must register in the position(s) they are serving in. Registration as a merit badge counselor position does not meet this requirement.
