Who Should Attend LEC Retreat (Saturday)?

Members of our Lodge Executive Committee, Chapter Advisers, and Lead Advisers of Lodge Officers.

Preliminary Agenda:
Saturday, August 15, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM: LEC Retreat with Working Dinner
Satuday, August 15, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM: LEC Campfire

If you cannot join the LEC Retreat, please ask a substitute to take your place:
- Lodge Officers - ask your Associate Vice Chief or a Committee Chair
- Chapter Chiefs - ask your Vice Chief or a chapter officer
- Advisers - ask an Associate Adviser

Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) (Sunday)

Do you want to improve your leadership skills? Do you want to help improve our lodge, our chapters, and your own unit? Join our annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) training at Camp Herms, followed by a fun, optional LLD fellowship at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom!

LLD is designed to improve your leadership abilities and provide you with the skills needed to help plan and support a successful lodge program.

All members of the lodge are highly encouraged to attend LLD to develop your leadership skills and help us improve our lodge! 

Preliminary Agenda:
Sunday, August 16, 2026, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM: LLD at Camp Herms, Lunch provided
Sunday, August 16, 2026, starting at  2:30 PM: LLD Fellowship at Six Flags (optional, make sure to select "yes"  during registration if attending).

Need a ride? Post to your chapter’s Discord channel or talk to your Chapter Adviser (contact info).

Adults, please offer rides to Arrowmen in your area.

All adults staying overnight in connection with a Scouting activity must be currently registered as an adult volunteer or an adult program participant.  Adult volunteers must register in the position(s) they are serving in. Registration as a merit badge counselor position does not meet this requirement.
