GGAC Klondike Derby 2026

Get your sleds ready! The Order of the Arrow Yerba Buena Lodge of the Golden Gate Area Council is hosting a council-wide Klondike Derby on February 14-16 at the Tahoe Valley Campground in South Lake Tahoe. This fun, winter weekend will feature competitions in the snow to see which patrol will come out on top. Events will include sled races, camping in the snow, patrol competitions, and tests of Scout skills. Patrols of 5 to 10 Scouts are recommended. Please be advised that this event is for Scouts only, not Cub Scouts. Additionally, Scouts should be at least 14 years old and have attended Winter Camp Awareness training.

NOTE: In the event of inclement weather that causes roads to close to and from South Lake Tahoe, we will cancel the event and units will get a full refund.
