Heroes in the Community

Heroes in the Community
Come join us at the wonderful event celebrating all the amazing heroes that keep our community running! Organized by Scouting America and Newark Vice Mayor Eve Marie Little, this event is a huge collaboration of amazing organizations that all play a big factor in helping keep our city and citizens safe, taken care of, and informed.
Our goal is to give youth the opportunity to meet and get to know real life heroes, YOU! Those who keep our communitties safe, operating and alive!
During this event, children will be given a "Bingo Card" where they will stop by all the organization's stations and chat with you, learn more about what you do, and get a stamp. Once they have collected all the stamps/stickers, they will be given a prize!
This is a great and fun way to share with the community about what you do and learn more about the importance of your role in society.
For any additional information or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Eve Marie Little at EveMarieLIttle@EveMarieLittle.com
This event is free for children so no registration is needed for them; this registration is mainly for the vendors/heroes that are joining us at the event.
