It's time for all Herms District volunteers to get together and celebrate a GREAT scouting year!  This year's theme is VIKINGS, to go along with our cool camporee theme!

Social Hour from 6pm to 7pm. Dinner starts at 7pm.

Ticket: $25 per person

Early Bird Ticket through April 30th = $20

Come join us for good food, themed drinks, comradery, and celebration. Dress the theme! This is a non-uniform event (and for adults, not youth).

We will be awarding and celebrating recipient(s) of the annual District Award Merit, Unit Level Scouter of the Year, District Level Scouters of the Year, and other adult service awards such as Scoutmaster Key, Skipper Key, Training Award and more.

Nominations for all awards must be submitted by April 30th, 2026

Don't forget to display your Unit's scout spirit by decorating your Unit table and win the coveted Herms District Scout Spirit Award. Crockett took the award last year with matching shirts and decorated table!
