Royaneh - Family Vacation Camp 2023

Event Details

Family Vacation Camp at Camp Royaneh offers fun and exciting activities for people of all ages. Archery and BB gun are great for everybody.  The rifle, and shotgun ranges offer a rousing challenge for older campers Remember  to stop by the craft area where you can make something that will always remind you of the good times you had at Family Vacation Camp. Swimming is great in our Olympic size swimming pool. We are not able to offer horse rides at this time.

The trading post will offer ice cream, candy, and snacks. There are a variety of items in our trading post including Camp Royaneh merchandise.

Like most national, state, or private campgrounds, you will be sleeping in tents. Families are encouraged to use the canvas camp tents. There are limited sites for bringing your own tents. ALL sites are assigned when you arrive at camp. Large groups of 50 or more wishing to camp together can be assigned a site in advance otherwise all accommodations are first come, first served upon arrival at camp. Hot showers and restrooms are nearby each of the campsites.

A great choice of two food plans is available. The first is bringing your own food to camp. All food should be stored securely at night. The second choice is enjoying prepared meals in the camp dining hall. Eat like the Scouts do during summer camp. Varied and nutritious meals are available for a very reasonable fee. Meals begin with Saturday breakfast and end with Sunday dinner. Breakfast Monday is available for an additional fee for those on the meal plan and for those who are cooking their own food.

Saturday evening there is an ice cream social - a tradition of many years at Royaneh Family Camp – Everyone in camp is welcome to attend.

Registration closes at 11 a.m. on Aug. 30 or when camp is filled.

Camp opens @ 3pm on Friday for check in.
