Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. - Omicron Theta Lambda and Xi Pi chapter is pleased to announce their 1st annual Fall Alpha Merit Badge University on Octber 3, 2026, at California State Univeristy, East Bay. The event will provide East Bay area scouts with the unique opportunity for advancement in their pursuit of excellence in scouting. The goal is to inspire, empower, and cultivate the next generation of future leaders by increasing the number of Eagle Scouts through merit badges that emphasize leadership, scholarship, and service in underserved areas.
