The 2024 Chief Solano District 'Good Scout" award recipient is none other than Tom Giugni. Tom is the former District Chairman of the Chief Solano District and a retired captian with the Fairfield Police Department. In his retirement Tom is very active with the Fairfield Suisun Rotary Club and continues to dedicate much of his time and efforts as a Scouting Volunteer with the Chief Solano District as a chartered organizational representative, the Golden Gate Area Council and Scouting America nationally as one of the lead volunteers promoting the professional training of all staff and adult volunteers in the program.
