Information

Join us for our incredible Muir District Cub Scout Twilight Camp from July 23rd - 25th at the Concord Police Academy Range!

Please pay your $95 registration fees by July 19th.

This Cub Camp is open to all Boys and Girls (Cub Scouts) entering the 1st – 5th Grade.  Remember, Day Camp enrollment is based on their rank and grade your scout WILL BE enrolled in  September 2024.

***Please note that Tigers (Scouts in 1st grade in Sept) must be accompanied full time by their parent/guardian (as a volunteer) if they wish to attend. If you are not currently a Scout, you can attend camp by filling out a membership application.

Registration closes on July 19th.   

Cub Scouts will participate in various activities such as:

 

Archery/BB Gun/ Slingshot Safety Education and Practice

Crafts and Scout Skills Practice

From derby races to obstacle courses, gear up for a variety of racing-themed challenges

Meet Cub Scouts from other Packs

TIMES: Day Camp Runs from 4:00 -8:00

REGISTRATION FEES/COST

Registration includes all activities and materials.

Cub Scouts

Registration fees (Now- July 19th) $95

**** You may pay a deposit of $25 and pay the balance by July 19th.  

Youth who are brand new to Scouting for this Day Camp will also be required to pay the National and Council Registration Fees.

 

TAG Program (For Volunteer’s kids under 1st Grade)

Siblings of our registered cub scouts are called Tag-a-longs or “Tags”. Tags may only attend camp if their parent is volunteering the whole time.
Younger siblings are welcome to come participate in program while their older sibling is having fun at camp. 

This also allows their mom or dad to volunteer and make camp a great experience for the family.  

TAGS do have a fee of $20 and it covers a T shirt and Patch as well as their parent's supervision for the week.

Registration Tips

Remember, Day Camp enrollment is based on their rank and grade your scout WILL BE enrolled in  September 2024.

(Tiger 1st Grade, ***Please note that Tigers (Scouts in 1st grade in Sept) must be accompanied full time by their parent/guardian (as a volunteer). This is a BSA regulation.
Wolf 2nd Grade
Bear 3rd Grade
Webelos 4th Grade
Arrow of Light (AOL) 5th Grade 

Scouts that have bridged or are in 6th Grade cannot attend this camp.

Please bring these forms on the first day of camp or your child cannot attend camp regardless of registration. 

Adult Volunteers

Day Camp is 100% volunteer run. Adult and Jr. Helper volunteers are needed to make this a great camp for all! 
Adults may help as:

·        Den leaders (Escort and help Cub Scouts at various stations)  

·        Station leaders (Teach Cubs how to complete projects and/or perform activities)

Jr. Helper Volunteer Requirements

For Jr. Helpers must be between 8th-12th grade and must be a registered BSA youth.  All Non-BSA youth must fill out a Youth Application. Link to the form is on the right side of the screen under attachments.
