8:00am-2:00pm

We will start at 8:00am with a light breakfast; shooters will have the chance to take a few shots at the warm-up station, then on to the clays course. We'll have lunch around Noon, followed by the Auction. We will be wrapped up by 1:30-2:00pm.

All Shooters will receive a general admission for one, as well as a BBQ lunch ticket, snacks & drinks throughout the day, a Sportsmen's Swag Bag, and 12- or 20- gauge ammunition is all included in the ticket price. Corporate Sponsorship Teams will receive additional compliments such as golf cart rental, sporting clays vest, event polos/tees and more with certain packages. Silent Auction items inlcude: firearms (hand guns & long guns, ammunition, small electronics, grilling accesories, camping/hunting equipment and more!

Rental guns and carts are available on a first come, first served basis from the Coyote Valley Pro Shop; Anyone renting a firearm from CVSC will need to let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cost for particpating is based on Teams of Four shooters. Individual shooters are welcome and will be paired with other shooters to form a foursome.  All Proceeds go to support local Scouting programs for co-ed youth, ages 5-21, in the Golden Gate Area Council. Contributions may be tax-deductible (consult your tax professional).
