WENTE SCOUT RESERVATION

SEA SCOUT WEEKEND SEPT. 6-8th

$60 PER PERSON

LOCATION

Wente Scout Reservation is a beautiful site comprised of over 2,200 acres of wilderness, with an 80 acres lake. THe camp is 5 miles from the town of Willits known as "the gateway to the Redwoods." Scouts can expect to stay in platform tents. Just bring a sleeping bag and pad! 

AGENDA

Arrive any time Friday after 1400 and check in at the galley for camp assignments. Meals served will be breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday and breakfast and lunch Sunday. We will have some planned activities throughout the day Saturday and plenty of down time for Scouts to choose their own adventure throughout the weekend. Check out is Sunday by1400. 

ACTIVITIES

We have a wide range of activities available including: Sailing, rowing, kayaking, canoeing, SUP, swimming and hiking. Scouts also have the opportunity to complete the Sea Scouting Marksmanship Award for basic rifle skills or learn archery. Special sign ups and target purchases will be required. More info TBA.
