The 2023 Flag Planting to honor our veterans is scheduled for Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Presidio Cemetery of San Francisco. All leaders and scouts should be in full uniform for the event. Participants will be walking through the cemetery and we encourage everyone to carry water for hydration.

Logistics: Event begins at 9:00 a.m. Please arrive by 8:45 a.m.

Date: Saturday, May 27, 2023 Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Location: 1 Lincoln Blvd., Presidio of San Francisco

Process: Pre-Registration is required for this event. RSVP here to confirm your attendance. There is no cost for this event. 

Parking: There is free street parking near the cemetery entrance. You may need to walk a bit.  

Weather: The weather can be unpredictable.  A jacket is always encouraged.

Refreshment:  Snacks and water will be distributed after the flags have been completed.

Patches will be distributed at the end of the event.
