A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation and is non-refundable but applied to your total camp cost.  Deposits are made on a per site per week basis.  For example if you are coming one week and reserving two sites it is a $1000 deposit.  If you are attending two weeks with one site per week it is also a $1000 deposit.  

Stake-A-Claim deposit phase ends 12/31/2026. Troops may begin adding Scouts/Names to their registration beginning January 1, 2027. Deposits for Scouts will be collected starting January 1, 2027 and are due January 27, 2027. If your Troop added Scouts/Names and paid desposits prior to 10/27/2026, the deposits will be automatically be applied to your Troop registration when the full registration opens on 1/1/2027.

This helps us estimate how many Scouts and Adults will attend, and help us better plan campsite assignments. You will be able to confirm or adjust these numbers on/after January 1, 2027.
