For Annual membership, the registration term runs from July 1st of the current year through June 30th of the following year. Annual members must renew each year.

Annual registrations completed between now and July 1, 2026 will be active through June 30, 2027.
- There is a payment plan option for the Diamond R and Thunderbird Circle membership levels.
- Everyone who registers by July 1, 2026 will be listed as a Founding Member and have it noted on their membership card.
- For each member you are registering, there are two required questions in red and few optional questions. We are gathering this information to better tailor the communications and events for this organization.
- Membership cards, patches and recognition items will be distributed at a later date.
