Registration includes admission to Advance-O-Rama, patch, and t-shirt. Late registrations after 8/29/2025 DO NOT include t-shirt. Additional t-shirts will be available for sale at the Trading Post. Some merit badge classes have additional fees. Lunch is not provided for Scouts. Scouts must bring their own lunch.
Advance-O-Rama Adult Volunteer Staff

Registration includes admission to Advance-O-Rama, lunch, patch, and staff t-shirt. Late registrations after 8/29/2025 DO NOT include t-shirt. Adult Volunteers must select volunteer position during registration.
Adult Attendee
Cost: $30.00
Registration includes admission to Advance-O-Rama only. Lunch is not provided for Adult Attendees (only Adult Volunteers).
Youth (Under 18) Trail to 1st Class Instructor
Cost: $20.00
Registration includes admission to Advance-O-Rama, lunch, patch, and staff t-shirt. Late registrations after 8/29/2025 DO NOT include t-shirt. Youth Trail to 1st Class Instructors must be Star, Life or Eagle Rank.
