Prerequisites: Read the Boy Scout Traffic Safety Merit Badge Book

                        Parents MUST stay and assist in keeping scouts on track

Bring a pen and clipboard
Wear Boy Scout Class A Uniform
Blue cards are to be filled out with the following information prior to arriving at the workshop

You Must Print & Bring Part B of the Annual Health and Medical Record Form
