             (Please park in Visitor Parking (under the building) and come up to the lobby on the first floor)

REQUIREMENTS TO DO AT HOME:
(if these aren't completed prior to the clinic the Scout won't receive a sign-off on the blue card)

1 - You must complete your Cyber Chip ahead of time and get it signed by your unit leader. Please bring your signed Cyber Chip to the clinic.

5b - please complete this requirement prior to the clinic
6 - complete and bring course work

Also

Troop leader, Parent/Guardian or chaperone are REQUIRED to stay during the MB clinic to assist in keeping Scouts on track.
Read the Boy Scout Digital Technology Merit Badge Book. (Bring book to class) You can get one at the Scout Shop.
Bring a pen
Wear your uniform or Boy Scout t-shirt.
Blue cards are to be filled out with the following information prior to arriving at the workshop

You Must Print & Bring Part A of the Annual Health and Medical Record Form and the Digital Technology Worksheet.
