Prerequisites: Minimum age 13 and Requirements 3 and 7.
Before enrolling, please make sure your Scoutmaster knows you are taking this virtual merit badge class.
This class begin.s 6:30pm Arizona Time, if out of state, make sure you understand the time difference before registering

- US Rights and Duties compared to Rights and Duties in other countries
- The difference between International Law and National Law
- Interpol
- WHO
- What is a constitution
- Different types of governments, and some examples (e.g., Authoritarian vs Democratic; Parlementary vs Presidential)
- What is the difference between a Head of Government and a Head of State
- Who represents a government in another country, where a US citizen can go for help in another country
- Visa vs Passport
