$40 Fellowship Weekend Fee - Register by Friday, March 13, 2026, 11:59 p.m.
$55 Fellowship Weekend Late Fee starts on Saturday, March 14, 2026
Registration closes on Friday, March 20, 2026 or when registration is full.

If you have purchased 2026 Ididerall, please use the Ididerall registration option.

$15 Late Fee starts on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

CHECK-IN
Check-in starts at 6 p.m. Friday evening in the Dining Hall.
You must have your medical form with you, when you check-in.

SILENT AUCTION
Experience the thrill of bidding on really unique OA items! The lucky Winners must pay for their items after the auction closes, so be sure to bring your money! Proceeds benefit the Wipala Wiki Lodge.

OA TRADING POST
Get some great OA items and patches only offered in our OA Trading Post. Snacks and sodas will also be available. The TP will be set-up in the Dining Hall and hours will be posted!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• To check-in, you must personally bring with you, your Annual Health and Medical form (see Attachments).
• Vigil Candidates and Sponsors will receive additional information via email
• Lodge Leadership positions information is in the attachments. The next term starts on August 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2027.
• Be Prepared - it could be cold in Payson.
• On Sunday morning, we need all members to help leave R-C better than we found it! Please help with clean-up!

APRIL LEC
April LEC Meeting will be held on Friday evening at 8 p.m.  Location will be announced at Check-In.

REGISTRATION CLOSES
Registration closes on Monday, March 23, 2026 or earlier if it reaches maximum participation.
Please make sure to register early, as space is limited. There will be no walk-ups allowed.
