on Safari at Camp Raymond

Strengthening Packs and Dens
through outdoor program!

Earning rank advancement can be challenging and Adventure Camp offers a specialized program aimed at providing Cub Scouts with opportunities to achieve advancements. All Cub Scouts are welcome to attend with their Den or Pack! If the Den or Pack cannot attend, please register with your family. The Cub Scouts are grouped by rank and work together to complete Adventures.

At Camp Raymond campers experience the great outdoors while enjoying the comfort of well-equipped camping sites. Bring your own tent and set up in a scenic flat site with running water, shelters, and latrines. All meals are served in our state-of-the-art dining hall.

 The weekend sessions are 3 days of activities, 2 nights of camping and 7 meals. With two nights of camping, you need to   complete Parts A & B of the BSA Annual Health and Medical form and it does not require a medical professional’s signature.   Campers also have the option to arrive a night early.

  Safari 1 - Friday, June 20, 2025 through Sunday, June 22, 2025
  Safari 2 - Friday, June 27, 2025 through Sunday, June 29, 2025

All Cub Scouts must be supervised. Please see the Cub Scout Adventure Camp Leaders' Guide for more information on specific supervision requirements.

Important Dates
Register early! There are limited spaces, so don't delay.
Be sure to register for the session your family wants.
- Register by February 5, 2025 to get a free camp t-shirt.
- Early registration ends on Monday, April 2, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Payment Plans

Early Camp Rate
Register by Wednesday, February 5, 2025, for Early Camp Rate:
- $50 Deposit per person
- Free Camp T-Shirt for Cub Scouts and Adults
- $75 Payment per person due by Wednesday, April 2, 2025 (Note: Payment required to keep your Early Camp Rate.)
- Final Payment due by Wednesday, May 7, 2025
- Late Fee starts per person on Thursday, May 8, 2025, for registrations with unpaid balance.

Regular Camp Rate
Register on Thursday, February 6 through May 7, 2025, for Regular Camp Rate:
- $125 Deposit per person.
- Final Payment due by Wednesday, May 7, 2025
- Each participant must be paid in full by Wednesday, May 7, 2025
- Late Fee of $30 per person starts on May 8, 2025 for registrations with unpaid balance.

Late Camp Rate
- Safari 1 - Register on Thursday, May 8 through Friday, June 6, 2025
- Safari 2 - Register on Thursday, May 8 through Friday, June 13, 2025
- Entire Camp Fee due per person at registration.

Payments are due by 11:59 p.m. on the “by date”.

2025 HORSE CAMP for youth at R-C Scout Ranch  (June 10-12, 2025)

2025 FAMILY CAMP - SAFARI CAMP at R-C Scout Ranch (3 Sessions - June 6 through June 15)

To add participants or options to a Grand Canyon Council registration:

Open you Grand Canyon Council (grandcanyoncouncil@247scouting.com) email you received for your registration. Within that confirmation email should be a link to "Click here to Access Registration".  Click on that link and it will take you to your registration.

Once you are in your registration, you can go to Additional Actions and then Add Participant or add options by going to Registration Contact. Your reservation will add the new items to your Cart and you will need to Check-Out to finalize the transaction.
