What is CONCLAVE?
Conclave is the largest Section-wide event and is encapsulated with adventure, brotherhood, and fellowship from across the four Lodges and three states. Learn interesting new skills, such as stargazing and photography, while also developing your leadership abilities and meeting Arrowmen from within W6W. Engage with this year’s theme of Scouts’ Night Live (SNL) and enjoy the performances to come. This Conclave’s message is that ‘The Show Must Go On’; activate your leadership potential and bring this statement back to your unit, chapter, and lodge. With exhilarating classes, amazing shows, and intense lodge vs. lodge competitions there is something for all Arrowmen at this year's conclave!
Online registration closes 10/10/2021 at 6pm. If you haven’t registered by that time, you may still register on-site.
Conclave Fees
This year, to increase youth participation and better reflect the mission and purpose of the OA, we have made Section W6W's Conclave more accessible for youth participants by decreasing the registration price by half.
