Event Details

Leader Specific Training

Hosted by the Pinnacle Peak District

"Every Scout Deserves a Trained Leader"

Who: Cub Masters, Den Leaders, Scout Masters, Advisors, Committee Members and all Assistants!

Chartered Organization Reps will have a training at a separate building alongside the annual business meeting.

What: This is an all inclusive “live” in-person training. While online training offers convenience to the user, live, or face to face training offers instructors who are experienced in the course subject. You have the opportunity to ask questions, receive live interaction and networking possibilities, and share ideas and “Best Practices” with others.

Leaders within particular programs will be trained together, as most of their topics overlap.  i.e. All Den Leaders, Cub Leaders, and cub committee member be in a single training.

Why: The Boy Scouts of America believes in empowering our leaders by providing them the knowledge, confidence, resources, and skills they need to better serve our youth, save time, and have fun!
