Strengthen Your Unit – Join a Parent Involvement Workshop

One of the greatest strengths of Scouting is the energy and support of our parents. When parents are engaged as leaders and helpers, our programs grow stronger, our youth have richer experiences, and no one leader feels like they are carrying the load alone. 

We are offering Parent Involvement Workshops designed specifically to help you: 

Learn proven methods to invite parents into leadership roles. 

Discover creative ways to match parents’ skills and interests to your Unit’s needs. 

Build a culture where every family feels ownership and responsibility for the success of your program. 

We know that finding and keeping great leaders is one of the most important parts of sustaining a strong Unit. This workshop will provide you with practical tools and resources—along with ideas you can put into action immediately—to lighten your load and strengthen your unit. There will be several workshop dates, see below, and we hope you’ll choose the option that works best for you. 

Sat, April 11th, The Heard Scouts (Confirmed) 

Weds, April 15th, St. Thomas Aquinas (Confirmed) 

Weds, April 22nd, San Francisco de Asis - Music Room (Confirmed)

Thurs, April 30th, Cross in the Desert (Confirmed)  

Weds, May 6th, Mission Del Sol - Mission Hall (Confirmed) 
Each Parent Involvement Workshop is in person 6:30pm-8:00pm
