The BSA fee includes the camping fee and Patch.

- 4:00–7:00p Scouts Check-in & set up
Uniform Inspection and Pictures - 7:30– 9:30p Campfire Program: Skits–have yours ready!
- 9:30–10:00p Cracker barrel (1 leader/1boy)
1 leader and 1 boy from each unit. Individual activity
badge session times to be given @ Cracker Barrel - 10:30p–6:00a TAPS - Quiet Hours
Handheld GPS units available for checkout for Geo Cache outside of Campfire and Class time Fri. & Sat.

- 4:00p Mandatory Check Out
Please have your campsite packed up and cleaned prior to 4:00 PM. This is part of Leave No Trace.
Patches: Patches will only be given out at Closing Ceremonies. If you choose to leave prior to closing ceremonies, you are responsible to make arrangements with Brent Butler to pick-up your patches before leaving.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Unit leaders are to check in Friday night at the event headquarters located in the parking lot. A final attendance roster will be requested as well as payment of any funds due. Campsites will be determined at check-in. If you wish to camp with another group, please include that information on the pre-event registration form.
