2026 Summer Camp at Camp Horne

Excitement is building as 2026 Summer Camp for Scouts BSA approaches. Scouts who attend Summer Camp at Camp Horne are immersed in Scouting at its finest. An experienced and dedicated camp staff prepare and work hard to make your unit’s camping experience the best ever! Leaders are encouraged to be sure every Scout in their unit have the opportunity to attend.

2026 Summer Camp Dates: Sunday, June 7 through Saturday, June 13

Important Steps:

1. Visit the 2026 Summer Camp webpage for full details about camp. View and download a copy of the Leaders’ Guide from this program or the Summer Camp webpage.
2. Promote camp with your Scouts and parents. Be sure every youth member is signed up with your unit to attend.
3. Set up a fee payment plan so all fees can be paid top the Scout Service Center no later than May 26, 2026. This deadline is important so that needed program supplies and food may be ordered. A late fee of $25 per youth member will be incurred after this date.
4. Use this system to register your unit as soon as possible. Registration should be done by each unit, not individuals.

Payment of Fees:

• Mail a check made out to the “Black Warrior Council” so that it reaches the office no later than May 26th.
• Stop by the office and make a payment in person.
• Call in your payment using a debit or credit card.
