2026 Merit Badge College
2026 Merit Badge College
Saturday, January 24, 2026
8:30 - 2:00
Shelton State Community College
Merit Badge College is an excellent opportunity for Scouts to earn an additional merit badge as they progress on their trail to Eagle! Several merit badge options are not always available at other events. Not all requirements may be able to be completed at MB College so leaders and Scouts need to check prerequisites carefully.
MB Counselors are experienced in the field in which they are teaching so Scouts will benefit from their expertise. Scouts should review all merit badge requirements for their chosen badge before attending and they are highly encouraged to read the merit badge pamphlet before the event.
Cost
The 2026 Merit Badge College will cost $20 per Scout. The cost will cover program materials, lunch, and an event patch. Adults who attend and are eating lunch will be charged $10 each. Registration ends on noon Tuesday, January 20th. Due to food ordering deadlines, there will be no guarantee for lunch after this time. Cancellations must be made no later than noon on Tuesday, January 20th or $10 of the event fee will not be refunded.
Check-in will begin by 8:15 and the opening ceremony begins at 8:45.
