Join fellow Scouts in a unique service opportunity at the 500 Festival Parade! Troops will help set up chairs along the parade route and then enjoy prime viewing of one of Indiana’s most exciting events!

Date: Saturday, May 24

Location: Downtown Indianapolis

Arrival: 7:30–8:00 AM (Note: Streets close at 7:30 AM!)

Leader Meeting: 8:00 AM at New York & Meridian (SW corner of University Park)

Chair Setup: 8:30–11:45 AM

Parade Begins: 11:45 AM – Watch marching bands, Indiana sports teams, classic cars, celebrities, and more!

After the Parade: Stack chairs and receive your 500 Festival Parade Patch for participating.

What to Bring:

Your favorite camping chair for the best view behind the paid seating
