Farm Mechanics Merit Badge Clinic

Join us for the Farm Mechanics Merit Badge at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta on Saturday, October 11, 2025.  Check-in is from 8:30 am - 9:00 am.  The clinic will begin at 9:00 am.  All Scouts BSA must have approval to take this clinic from their Scoutmaster.   For this class, participants will need to bring their merit badge book and have read it.

 Pre-requirements: Read the current Farm Mechanics Merit Badge book.  All requirements will be finished at the clinic.

• Bring with you the following items:
• Merit badge blue card.  Signed by your Scoutmaster.  
• Safety glasses (required) and work gloves (optional)
• Claw hammer or ball peen hammer that needs a new wooden handle.
• A cold chisel that has a tip that needs re-dressing.   
• Copy of the Merit badge worksheet 
• Paper and a writing instrument. 

Dress for the weather.  (Uniforms not required.  Wear clothes that can get dirty or oily.)  

Cost is FREE for Scouts BSA that are attending the Harvest Weekend.

Cost is $25 (includes lunch) for Scouts BSA that ARE NOT attending the Harvest Weekend.
